Palindromic sequence #2 in directionality analysis construct

This part is a palindromic sequence designed to be bidirectional. The specific part has the directionality construct with palindrome #2 (BD#2) as the inserted promoter. By digesting at the restriction site xba1 and Spe1 this will remove the promoter sequence, one can then ligate in different promoters at the restriction sites to measure the directionality of different promoter sequences.
